Since his arrival in Hawaii on November 11th, 1906 he has dedicated his service to the church and its affiliated language school. During the visits of grand priests Kami-i, Itsushima and Sakai as Bishop’s representatives he served as a religious service assistant. In January 1932 he became a special follower of Jodo Sect, and is currently a member of Hakalau Jodo Mission Meishokai. From May 1933 to May 1938 he was one of the executive members of the affiliated Japanese Language School. Currently he takes care of many businesses as the head of the camp.
